BIG ASS WINES

If you like a full-bodied, fruit forward cab you will love Big Ass Cabernet.  This is a big fleshy wine with ripe blackberry and currants at the front with fine tannins and a smooth finish.  It shows quite a bit of sophistication and pairs well with bar-b-qued meats, pastas with red sauce, or truffles. 

BIG ASS HEFE

A California twist on a Bavarian classic.  Fifty percent wheat malt, three different barley malts, Noble hops, with some orange peel and coriander in the boil, fermented with a Feral yeast. This award-winning Hefeweizen pairs well with spicy and cheesy foods, like curry chicken,  cheese enchiladas, or carnitas.

BIG ASS BOCK

This is America's Wheat Bock -  has a 6.8 percent ABV.  This award-winning  beer is big enough to hold its own with beef or brats.  It is 50% wheat malt with a backbone of Munich and Victory malt. The Bavarian Lager yeast insures the finish is a smooth blend of malt and alcohol and just enough Haullertauer hops to balance the sweetness.
